Library 2.0 will change the way patrons access information. Instead of physically visiting the library to use the resources provided, the patron will be able to access the resources in cyberspace. Patrons will also be able to access services on their time. Instead of trying to rush to the library before it closes to obtain a book, movie or a journal for research, users will be able to gain access to the library databases anytime of the day.
The library will also have the ability to individually cater their services to each patron. Instant feedback from library users is provided to help increase patron satisfaction of library services.
